About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Doctor Relations Executive who will support doctor coordination, webinar scheduling, and outreach to the medical community. The role requires strong communication skills, ownership, follow-ups, and the ability to coordinate smoothly with doctors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with doctors and medical professionals for webinars, sessions, and engagement activities.
- Schedule webinars, manage calendars, send invites, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Reach out to doctors, clinics, and medical community members for participation and collaboration.
- Support end-to-end coordination for online sessions, including confirmations, reminders, and post-session follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of doctor interactions, webinar schedules, participation status, and feedback.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of medical community initiatives.
- Handle queries from doctors or participants in a professional and timely manner.
- Support customer/community engagement activities as required.
- Ensure clear, polite, and professional communication across calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong ownership and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and schedules at once.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Professional, polite, and confident communication style.
- Prior experience in customer support, coordination, healthcare, or community engagement will be preferred.
